WITHDRAWAL AND DISMISSAL

For withdrawal from the school and the Transfer Certificate, the Application Form has to be
filled in and signed by the parents.

The current quarter fees must be paid in full before withdrawal, and in like manner all dues
to the school by way of activities, must be paid.

Irregular attendance, habitual illness, disobedience, bad conduct, sickness liable to be
injurious to other students and serious breach of the rules of discipline justify dismissal.

If an unauthorized absence from school exceeds 15 calendar days, the student’s name may be
struck off the rolls, and the student may not be readmitted to school.

The school reserves to itself the right to suspend or dismiss pupils whose diligence or
progress in study is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to others, or whose
parents show no interest in the progress of their wards. No attendance would be given to a
student during the period of suspension.

The Principal’s decision is final in all cases of dismissal or withdrawal.
